Unlike some other agencies, we are not just “cookie cutter” or “assembly line” finder’s agency.   These types of agencies often use student musicians, retired people, hobbyists, and other amateurs in order to save costs and maximize their own profits.  We  are instead a large but very tightly knit group of performers representing the highest echelon of jazz, orchestral, and chamber musicians in Southeast Wisconsin.  

Our jazz musicians are the top musicians in the Midwest, appearing at the area’s finest jazz clubs, festivals, and recording studios.  Our classical musicians perform with the area's most  important performing arts groups including the Milwaukee Ballet Orchestra, Present Music, the Wisconsin Philharmonic, the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, the Bel Canto Choir and Orchestra, The Bach Chamber Choir and Orchestra, Skylight Opera, and more.
